  For a tourist town there is inadequate public transport. When you do get it the bus is expensive and infrequent with the times never matching. It is 2016 Nowra Coaches should be able to do better.

  Most drivers are great. About the only good thing going for this company. Do NOT depend on the services to depart or arrive on time. Don't fall into the belief that just because the timetable has a published time that it will actually follow it. Especially the early morning service leaving the Bay and Basin, which is essential for commuters, the 8 am train connection, and university students. Blamed on a "Mix up" when it turned up nearly 1.5 hours later. Not the first time either. Drive if you can. PT in the area is not worth the risk or the overly expensive fares (e.g $12 each way [$24] / $240 a F/N out of wages.

  Absoloutely disgusting customer service and lack of care of duty to students. Money hungry a@#holes who would rather put childrens welfare at risk to make a buck!!! I will be contacting whatever means available to make public your lack of duty of care.
