  just finished our renovation at sussex inlet . 2 New bathrooms , ensuite and hall . Lee at nowra couldnt have been more helpful in selecting tiles and material to do the job . Nothing was too much trouble

  Had full laundry and bathroom renovations to be done. Ordered tiles didn't arrive on time, at one point tiles were accidentally sent back to Sydney the morning I was called to pick them up. Then they were left out overnight in the rain. Had endless issues with tap wear, piss poor customer service and poor attitude. If it were possible to give less than one star I would. Would recommend absolutely anywhere else.

  An extremely poor experience , AVOID AT ALL COSTS , we were lied to about availability to secure the order when it was made clear that we had trades locked in and the tiles were required by a certain date . They agreed 100% then proceeded to not deliver the tiles . This created a lot of problems for our builder and better still we were not advised that the tiles had not arrived until our builder contacted us out of desperation. Do not trust anything they say , better still go elsewhere
