    The facility is a world class strength and conditioning facility and I have no need to look any where else for my fitness needs and those of my family. My kids range from 10, 8, 6, and 18months. All ages and skill levels are catered for.

    You could say I am a little bias as I own the place :) But I will say this. I my self to to Bec Kate the Manager & Head coach for her motivation and technique training, there are none out there today quite like her, she is one of a kind.
