  Great range of materials as well as home deco items, curtains and blinds. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

  Great range and prices terrible service. Took forever to make it through the checkouts. It wasn't busy the staff looked as though they were deliberately on a go slow. One guy scaned an item played with his hair then scanned another played with his hair again over and over. Another's swipe and go function wasn't working. She let everyone attempt swiping watched them for a short time prior to telling the the machine had an issue and asking them to insert the card everyone she served. The third operator was just slow very slow. The line was backed up far into the store because of these people. It was very annoying but a thing to behold.

  Just on the phone right now and put on hold twice with spotlight. They do have a great variety of products. Still on hold. 5 mins hold to ask one question! Just wanted to ask if they had what I was after so as not to drive half an hour for nothing. hmmm

  The location is great with a large store, unfortunately there is always issues with prices at the checkout, which slows everythong down. Waited 20mins at the checkout as every second customer required a price check.
