    As a customer you feel more secure spending you hard earned earnings with a franchise company, thinking you have the backing of the franchise if something happens to the franchisee you dealt with. NO! This is not the case and certainly not the case with Spanline. Our deck is 3 Years old and we have issues with materials used being not what was specified and now rusting and even their registered Spanline products rusting, with more help from Spanline in any manner. We were actually spoken to rudely and all matters brushed off with them having 'no responsibility'. Do your homework when looking for someone, but don't think twice about Spanline, just look elsewhere.
