    Service was good once it happened but we waited too long to be served. There were very few customers and several staff walked past us without offering service.

    Recently we purchased a new smart TV from Joyce Mayne Nowra. Long story short, we also ended up buying a new video recorder and Blue Ray player as well. Now we know the smart TV is very smart and it had us tricked with installation. Our salesman, Tim was absolutely amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I think we were back at that store everyday for about 5 days. If you want to buy anything in home entertainment, see Tim, he is absolutely awesome. Eroll and Maureen

    Would not Recommend. Friendly-Ish staff, however i would not consider them to be helpful enough to make a thought out purchase with no regrets.

    Very happy with customer service by Joe in electrical dept when placing a Led TV on back order. Will see how delivery goes. So far, very good
