    Terrible service. Sent the wrong pram after emailing them specifically to ensure the correct one would be sent. They said they would call me back on the day to reorganise the courier (they never did), I ended up having to deal with the courier myself. It has been 3 weeks since I have returned the incorrect pram (4 weeks since purchase), and I still do not have the pram.

    First time bought the item online with ababy and really disappointed, it has been more than a week and I still hasn't received the order that was dispatched a week ago but I received nothing. They use the wrong unreliable courier service, tried to call fastway and they have no idea the whereabout of my parcel and asked me to get the refund from seller, and if you google their courier service, it has been rated one star for a reason.. My suggestion is to get reliable courier service and pay more! I will wait for another day and will ask for a refund...

    My first experience with Ababy was negative, as the staff sold me a baby seat that wasn't appropriate for my sons age and weight. So I had to purchase another new seat, and after waiting approx 6 weeks for stock and still no phone call to inform me of the progress of my order. Chased the order up myself and was told that my seat had already been picked up by someone (not me), finally found my car seat eventually. There won't be a third time shopping in this shop. I hear there's an awesome baby shop in husky. I will go there. Poor customer service and lack of customer follow up has let them down.

    Update (20/12): Exactly 2 weeks, I finally received the item after numerous phone calls to Fastway since Monday. Yesterday morning I was told that the item should arrive yesterday in the evening but it didn't so I made another few phone calls to the depot and franchise in my area and they said they still trying to locate the items and honestly, this sort of pro active action should have been done by ABaby.

    I feel as though Ababy has the potential to be a very good baby store. I recently placed an order for a bugaboo seat fabric and although the service was great and delivery quick my after order service has not been up to standard. Upon receiving my new fabric I noticed there are permanent markings on the buckle which are extremely noticeable. Obviously when purchasing bugaboo products you expect excellent quality considering the cost. I have sent an email to customer support but have not heard anything, which is quite disheartening. I would really appreciate a resolution to this matter. My review would have definitely been higher if this issue had of been resolved.

    They promptly sent out another buffalo fabric for me which was in perfect condition and what was even more thoughtful was an extremely kind inclusion of a box of chocolates! Especially warming when you're 7 months pregnant! So thankyou Ababy. I look forward to making further purchases on your site & hopefully in store as well! I will also gladly recommend to all my mummy friends!
