    We were the only people in the shop with 3 staff standing chatting to each other, not one looked at us or spoke to us but they knew we were there....rude.

    We purchases a sofa and 2 chair recliner set about 7 months ago - had an issue with the foam breaking down/collapsing. We called the store to inquire if it was covered under warranty. They had someone out to take a look at it within a few days - determined it would be covered under warranty and replacements delivered in a week. Could not have asked for better service.
