  We are frequent shoppers of this store, the team in the bedding department are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the same cannot be said more the home appliance department. It's very difficult to get service in this section and they're not to helpful when you do get attended to.

  One star because I can't give no stars. My husband and I went in looking to spend $6000 on a bedroom package and a mattress, two ladies were to busy talking to each other. So I went to the service desk and asked to speak to The manager and a lady who said she was the franchise owner laughed in my face. We ended up going to fantastic furniture and was greeted very nicely.

  I have bought multiple furniture items from Donna who was very lovely and attentive to our questions. But the beast experience I've had with this store was the customer service provided by Peter who assisted me when I was having an issue with my Bourbon lounge. He showed me on their display model what was most likely the problem and explained how to fix it! It worked perfectly and I am so impressed that he offered so much assistance!

  Great experience! Justin took the time to understand my needs and guide my choice to a product that exceeded my expectations and proceeded to 'wextremely affordable price! I will certainly ask for Justin again!
